Abstract

   Imbalance means lack of balance. The state or condition of lacking balance, as in proportion or distribution. A state or conditions in which different things do not occur in equal or proper amounts. Educational imbalance or inequality is the unequal distribution of academic resources, including school funding, qualified and experienced teachers book and technologies to socially excluded communities.
