Abstract

The vote of the voter creates democracy and it is on the basis of which the direction of political leadership is determined. In such a situation, if the future of India - that is, youth does not interfere actively in the establishment of power and democratic values, then its direct participation in the political leadership may not be possible despite adequate strength. India is a country with a young population and the number of 'young' voters has steadily increased over the past few decades. Despite being divided into different caste groups and political parties, despite their ability for political intervention, they are not getting participation in various political parties. Even today they are limited only to the politics of the 'youth unit' of their respective parties. Similarly, the desire to vote among the youth has increased, but right now the requisite power of political intervention has not been developed or is not being allowed to happen. Perhaps this is why they have not received political representation in proportion to the population.
