Abstract

This study is intended to investigate and evaluate the impact of productivity and job satisfaction of employees of the job community, motivation and quality work life of bank employees in Gorakhpur area. This research uses a questionnaire survey approach of cross sectional data collection. The sample is produced using 103 employees from different banks through random sampling. The results shows that there is significant positive relationship between organizational culture and employee’s productivity by showing the positive impact of leadership and teamwork, safety and security, work condition and competition as well as motivation and rewards. This research purpose is also to focus on the balance between the organization and the employees by putting the light on the current scenario of the banking sector. In conclusion it shows that how the work culture have great impact on employees productivity as well as for their growth.
