Abstract

The purpose of the study is to assess the preferences, satisfaction level and loyalty towards Traditional and Modern jeweler retailers, by examining their attitude, Knowledge about the jewelries and jewellery retailers and the Age group which will purchase and having knowledge towards Jeweler.A survey of 320 customers were conducted and the Data were analyzed by using Descriptive and Exploratory Research, Chi- Square Test and Garret Ranking Techniques.The Study found that, Customer are preferred towards the Traditional/ Unorganized Retailers, because the customers having the Faith and trust on them.And customers are satisfied towards unorganizedjeweler retailers compared to organizedjeweler retailers. Price is the vital element where the customers compare the price for both jeweler retailers.The study contains only Davangere city and Diamond and Platinum buyers are not covered in the study.
